Official Rules

A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility: "Global Travel International, Inc. Journey Pass ™ Cruise Sweepstakes" (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry. Sweepstakes offer is not valid in Puerto Rico, Quebec or Rhode Island. Entrant must have a valid e-mail address at the time of entry. Global Travel International, Inc. ("GTI") and its respective related agents, companies, agents, subcontractors and suppliers, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. This Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Odds of winning in this particular drawing depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the drawing, but are estimated to be 1:10,000. Void where prohibited.

3. Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.

4. Timing: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET"), January 29, 2008 and ends at 11:59 PM (ET), February 27, 2008 ("Promotion Period").

5. How to Enter: At any time during the Promotion Period, go to www.journeypass.com/winacruise.aspx. ("Entry Point") and follow the links and instructions for entry. After you have submitted the required information, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. You can enter one time per day, during the promotion period. Each day's entry time period begins at 12:00 AM (ET) and ends at 11:59 PM (ET).

Limit one entry per household, per day, regardless of method of entry. All online entries must be received as described above in the "How to Enter" description. All entries become the exclusive property of GTI, and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Use of any automated system to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification. All entries, for the purposes of prize awards, will be ineligible once the promotion period for which their entry is valid, concludes. E-MAIL CHANGE OF ADDRESS POLICY: Sponsor is not responsible if Entrant's e mail address changes over any part of the Promotion Period. Entrant must submit the new e-mail address as a valid entry.

6. Drawings: On or about February 28, 2008, one random drawing for the Sweepstakes Prize Winner ("Winner") will be conducted from amongst all eligible entries, as described above, received during the Promotion Period. GTI will conduct the drawing, whose decisions as to the administration of the Sweepstakes and the selection of a potential Winner are final. The Winner will be notified immediately via e-mail, telephone, or U.S mail. Entrants selected must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Except where prohibited, Winners must sign and return to Sponsor, within Ten (10) days of being notified, an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release in order to claim his/her prize. The affidavit will be the complete certificate mailed from winner to GTI, 2600 Lake Lucien Drive, Suite 201, Maitland, FL 32751. If a Winner cannot be successfully contacted within ten (10) days after the first attempt to contact him/her, or if he/she fails to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the required time period, then he/she forfeits the prize.

In the event the prize is forfeited, a new Winner will be selected as described to Section 6 of these Official Rules.

7. Prizes: One (1) Winner will receive a certificate for a free cruise on Carnival Cruise Lines. The Prize will take the form of a gift certificate, gift card or gift check in US currency. The Prize will be mailed, upon confirmation of Winner's proper mailing address, via a registered mail delivery service. Any and all portions of the Prize may be redeemed by the Winner at his/her own discretion. Total value of the Prize is approximately $1682.00.

Certificate Terms and Conditions. Certificate is valid for eighteen (18) months from issue date. May be redeemed for one seven (7) day Carnival cruise on select ships and itineraries (not to include Alaska and NY or cruises on Carnival Pride, Carnival Spirit or Carnival Conquest) for two adults 21 years of age or older for an oceanview stateroom and is for cruise only. Incidentals and other expenses including, but not limited to shore excursions, onboard purchases, bar charges, spa services and gambling are not covered by this certificate. Certificate is valid only for recipient and is not transferable, has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash and is void if sold for cash or other consideration. Original certificate must be presented at the time of booking. Photo or faxed copies will not be considered valid. To redeem certificate, recipient must contact Global Travel International at 1-800-215-5149, must provide three preferred travel dates and full legal names, date of birth and citizenship information as well as any additional guest (s) full legal names, date of birth and citizenship information for recipient and guest. Recipient and guest must meet cruise line's additional requirements for cruise passage and will be required to provide the proper documentation as well as proof of citizenship and Valid Passport to board the ship and as may be required to travel internationally. Documentation requirements are available through Global Travel International. Only valid for travel in the fall season (September through November), subject to availability and blackout dates apply, including, but not limited to holiday travel, inaugural sailings and special events. Reservations must be made a minimum of 3 weeks in advance. Once made, changes to the reservation may be permitted, for a fee and subject to availability. Other restrictions and any applicable cancellation charges may also apply. At the recipient's option and additional expense this certificate may be upgraded to a higher stateroom category. Upgrades are subject to availability for the cruise only portion and should be requested by contacting Global Travel International. Transportation to and from the port of embarkation is not included. Any tax liability, including disclosure, connected with the receipt or use of this certificate is the recipient's responsibility. Cruise carrier reserves the right to substitute ports, change itineraries or substitute ships on all itineraries. Cruise passage is subject to the terms and conditions contained in the cruise carrier "Terms and Conditions of Passage Contact Ticket". By redeeming this certificate, the recipient agrees to be bound by all such terms and conditions. Certificate may not be valid where restricted by law. Other restrictions apply.

No substitution, assignment or transfer of prizes permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute any prize or combination of prizes with another prize of greater or equal value. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.

8. Odds of Winning: Your estimated odds of winning are 1:10,000.

9. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes Winner's consent to Sponsor's use of Winner's name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration. The name of the Winner may or may not be posted at www.globaltravel.com.

10. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the Prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

11. Release: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless, GTI and all companies affiliated with the Sweepstakes and each of their related companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

12. Limitations of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (ii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes, including without limitation inaccurate transcription of entry information; (iv) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (v) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrant's computer, hardware or software, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or accessing or downloading information or materials connected with this Sweepstakes.

13. Dispute Resolution: Entrant agrees that: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant(s) and Sponsor and its agencies, shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Florida. Entrant agrees that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the County of Orange in the State of Florida and Entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. Except where prohibited, by participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any participant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.

14. Entrant's Personal Information: Information collected from entrants is subject to the GTI's Privacy Policy located at www.globaltravel.com.

15. Winners List: Sweepstakes results and a copy of these Official Rules may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to "Global Travel International, Inc. Journey Pass Cruise Sweepstakes," c/o GTI 2600 Lake Lucien Drive, Suite 201, Maitland, FL 32751. Requests must be received on or before March 31, 2008. Vermont residents may omit return postage.
